Baking Process
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  4. Mix in the egg until well combined.

  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, placing them about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden on the edges but still soft in the center.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
