Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (15 oz) low-sodium black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 jalapeño pepper chopped (optional)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a food processor, combine black beans, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and jalapeño (if using). Blend until smooth.
