  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup eggnog for frosting

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.

  7. Allow the cake to cool for about ten minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
  8. For the frosting, combine powdered sugar with enough eggnog for desired consistency, then drizzle over the cooled cake.
