  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 1 cup fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, and tarragon
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a blender, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, fresh herbs, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer the dressing to a mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
