Chicken and Broth
  • 3-4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced thin
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped
  • 2 pieces soft-boiled eggs optional
  • 4 servings ramen noodles

Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare your ingredients: Mince the garlic and slice the ginger.
  2. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and sprinkle garlic and ginger over them.
  3. Add chicken broth and soy sauce to cover the chicken.
  4. Toss in sliced mushrooms and any other desired vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, cook ramen noodles as per package instructions.
  7. In bowls, place noodles first, ladle the broth mixture over them, and top with green onions and soft-boiled eggs.
