Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavored
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for vegan option
Toppings
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granola optional for added crunch
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts almonds or walnuts

Method
 

Prepare the Yogurt Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey. Mix until well combined.
Spread and Top
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the sheet.
  2. Evenly distribute the mixed berries, granola, and chopped nuts on top of the yogurt.
Freeze
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
Serve
  1. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and serve immediately.
